Vlado Herzog (27 June 1937 – 25 October 1975) that later changed the name to Vladimir, was a Jewish and communist journalist born in Croatia and that emmigrated as child to Brazil during the World War II.
He joined the Brazilian Communist Party, as international Jewry tried to install communism in South America starting from Brazil. When the Armed Forces did take the power and set the Brazilian military government, the communist party was made illegal and Herzog acted on clandestinity. Arrested in 1975, he was tortured and died from unknown causes. The police said he committed suicide, although it is also possible that he died as a result of the torture..
