St John's Wood Mafia

The St John's Wood Mafia is the name given to a Jewish media cabal, specialising in television broadcasting in the United Kingdom.[1] The term St John's Wood refers to a location in the city of Westminster where they primarily operate out of. The cabal consists of Alan Yentob and Charles Saatchi, whose families both arrived from Iraq and had already been allied before relocating to the West.[1] As well as Michael Grade and Michael Green.[1] They have been known to even share holidays in the Caribbean together.[1]

Alan Yentob Presently the BBC Creative Director, since 2004. He was the BBC Director of Drama, Entertainment and Children's programs across all television, internet and radio services from 1996—2004. He was also Controller of BBC One, 1992—1996 and Controller of BBC Two, 1987—1993.
Charles Saatchi
Michael Grade Extremely influential television executive, active in his life across most of the main United Kingdom channels. Controller of BBC One, 1984—1987. Chief Executive of Channel 4, 1988—1997. Chairman of the BBC Board of Governors, 2004—2006. Executive Chairman of ITV, 2007—2009.
Michael Green Founder of Carlton Communications, he was Chairman from 1983—2004. The company was merged (effectively taken over) with Granada under the leadership of homosexual Charles Allen to become ITV.
