Norman Lowell (born 29 July 1946) is a European nationalist and racial survivalist from Malta. He is regarded as a representative of the New Right and leads the political party Imperium Europa. The party itself is Pan-European in disposition, but in a very different sense to the current communist-freemasonic forces which dominate the European Union. Lowell has authored two books laying out his worldview—Credo: A Book for the Very Few and Imperium Europa - A Book that Changed the World.

Politics

Main article: Imperium Europa

The stated goal of the movement is to unite all European natives under one flag, hence the name "Imperium Europa" (European Empire), leading to "a Europid bond forged through Spirituality closely followed by Race, nurtured through High culture, protected by High Politics, enforced by the Elite.". His views share much in common with the Cosmotheism of the late Dr. William L. Pierce. The idea is to unite with Identity, Tradition, Sovereignty, rename it Nova Europa (New Europe), and assume a leadership position.[1] Lowell is a staunch supporter and admirer of his fellow countryman Carmelo Borg Pisani, who was executed in 1942 for fighting on the side of Mussolini's Italy

Norman Lowell contested the first European Parliament elections that were held in Malta on June 12, 2004, obtaining 1,603 first-count votes from a total of 250,691 votes cast (0.64 %).[2] Lowell again contested the European Parliamentary elections in Malta on June 6, 2009. He received 3,559 votes,[3] out of 322,411 cast,[4] for just over one percent of the vote.

Campaigning heavily against demographic genocide and illegal immigration, Lowell was the party's candidate in the 11th and 12th Districts in the March 2008 parliamentary election. He obtained 84 votes on first count from both districts, obtaining 0.03% of the overall votes. Lowell has spoken at the New Right London conferences.

His view of races

Mr. Lowell says that the White race, exactly like every other race, has the right to its own area and to live among people of the same race. People coming from other races should definitively not be fed, helped and kept, but allowed to find their way back to their own country, where they can live among people of the same race. To behave differently is clearly genetic suicide for any race. As well as speaking out against Jewish supremacism, Lowell is a noted critic of the Jesuit Refugee Service Malta, which is guilty for facilitating the invasion of hordes of Black Africans and must be suppressed as soon as possible.
