Frank A. Capell

Frank Alphonse Capell (born ca. 1907) of Zarephath, New Jersey was the publisher of the newsletter The Herald of Freedom (ca. 1962-1980). He traveled all parts of America, speaking to groups concerning the Communist threat. During World War II he helped in the roundup of Japanese and German individuals in the New York area turning them over to the FBI.
