German Reich Party

The German Reich Party (Deutsche Reichspartei, DRP) was a nationalist political party in West Germany.

It was founded in 1950 from the German Right Party (German: Deutsche Rechtspartei), founded in 1946. Much of the membership of the Socialist Reich Party (SRP), banned in 1952, is stated to have joined the DRP. Leftist Wikipedia alleges that it became "Neo-Nazi", despite this being illegal in West Germany.

The party was one of the organizations that formed the National Democratic Party of Germany in 1964.
