[edit] Secret Intelligence Operations
It was a joint initiative of the Admiralty and the War Office to control secret intelligence operations in the UK and overseas, particularly concentrating on the activities of the Imperial German government. The Bureau was split into naval and army sections which, over time, specialised in foreign espionage and internal counter-espionage activities respectively. This specialisation was because the Admiralty wanted to know the maritime strength of the Imperial German Navy. This specialisation was formalised before 1914. When World War I started, the two sections underwent administrative changes so that the foreign section became the Directorate of Military Intelligence Section 6 (MI6), the name by which it is frequently known in popular culture today. Its first director was Captain Sir George Mansfield Smith-Cumming, who often dropped the "Smith" in routine communication. He typically signed correspondence with his initial "C" in green ink. This usage evolved as a code name, and has been adhered to by all subsequent directors of SIS when signing documents to retain .
Melville is friend of amateur magician John E. Wilkie spent 14 years as a controversial director of the U.S. Secret Service, during which he acquired a reputation for forgery and skullduggery, and for masterly manipulation of the press.

During the inward journey, the expedition was riven by increasing internal disagreements as to its objectives and plans, centred particularly around its local leader, Captain Holman. Finally, Fleming and Roger Pettiward (a school and university friend recruited onto the expedition as a result of a chance street encounter with Fleming) led a breakaway from Holman. This expeditiom or as some believe, denomined "operation Percyfaw" maked secret service MI6, and the occult organization "The Seven Circle",by control of spy magician MaskMelin, missing in Wartime II. [edit] The Spy in Wartime II
During World War II, Ian Fleming and others proposed a disinformation plot in which Crowley would have helped an MI5 agent supply German official Rudolf Hess with faked horoscopes in 1938, Cecil Hugh Williamson ,the secret agent MI6(Secret Agency of Intelligence Britain ) ,and occult member the organization The Seven Circle, recruted for spy magician MaskMelin, missing supostly before the Wartime II . They could then pass along false information about an alleged pro-German circle in Britain. The government abandoned this plan when Hess flew to Scotland, crashing his plane on the moors near Eaglesham, and was captured. Fleming then suggested using Crowley as an interrogator to determine the influence of astrology on other German leaders, but his superiors rejected this plan. At some point, Fleming also suggested that Britain could use Enochian as a code in order to plant evidence.Fleming also formulated Operation Goldeneye, a plan to maintain communication with Gibraltar as well as a plan of defence in the unlikely event that Spain joined the Axis Powers and, together with Germany, invaded the Mediterranean colony.
Ian Fleming and or brother Peter Fleming agents "Lantern" recruited da "The Seven Circle" to trick Rudolf Hess into attempting to contact a fake cell of anti-Churchill Englishmen in Britain, but this plan was not used because Hess had flown to Scotland in an attempt to broker peace behind Hitler's back. Anthony Masters's book The Man Who Was M: The Life of Charles Henry Maxwell Knight asserts Fleming conceived the plan that lured Hess into flying to Scotland, in May 1941, to negotiate Anglo–German peace with Churchill, and resulted in Hess's capture: this claim has no other source.[1]
He had a tenure as an astrologer for the British intelligence agency MI5 during World War Two.Peter Fleming and or brother Ian Fleming others proposed a disinformation plot in which Aleister Crowley and Louis De Wohl would have helped an MI5 agent supply Nazi official Rudolf Hess with faked based or book "Flying Visit" .Wohl and brother Fleming's as some believe, this name is one of the "Lantern".His MI5 file was released in early 2008, and as reported in the Independent newspaper, he was recruited initially as an informant because he was casting horoscopes for people of interest to MI5. However, it was believed that Hitler was strongly influenced by astrology, and hence might be likely to choose 'lucky' astrological dates for major ventures. He prospered, reaching the rank of captain, although some of his handlers disapproved of him strongly.
